The team of Actineo, a Verisk business, was at Messekongress Schadenmanagement & Assistance, to showcase its digital product portfolio.

From April 16th to 17th, 2024, it was once again time for the claims trade show of the year: Messekongress Schadenmanagement & Assistance. The team of Actineo, a Verisk business, was on site in Leipzig to present its product portfolio, in particular the digital products.

As part of Verisk, we were able to present the growing claims ecosystem of Verisk Claims Solutions Europe together with the teams from Rocket Enterprise Solutions and Krug Sachverständigen GmbH for the first time – covering all aspects of injury, motor and property damages.

The trade fair offers an extensive program of lectures over two days. Speakers from Actineo were also part of the agenda: On Day 1, Lars Klußmeyer, Managing Director (CSO), spoke about "Risk Management in Bodily Injury Claims" together with our customer MEDIRISK. Michael Miller, Chief Medical Officer and Director Operations, was part of a panel on the legal and medical background of social security recourses.

In addition to risk management with the Risk Scanner, trade visitors to Leipzig could also learn about Actineo's Document Navigator, an AI-supported application for the automated processing of medical documents in claims and benefits settlement. The company also presented its portfolio of services relating to the partial to full outsourcing of claims settlement and benefits processing. Actineo takes over (partial) claims settlement processes on behalf of insurance customers in various sectors.
