The journey is the destination

Before we advertise a position, we think carefully about what duties and challenges the position entails and what applicants should bring in order to be successful in the role. We therefore always conduct a requirements analysis in partnership with colleagues from the relevant department. That way, we know from the very get-go which qualifications are particularly important.

Starter's orders

Once we receive your application, we will invite you to an initial online interview and will guide you through the whole process, from first contact to final decision.

First steps

If we hire you, you can expect plenty of input at the start. You will learn how to navigate our organisational structure, meet your future points of contact and team members, and be introduced to the most important business processes. Step by step, you will gain confidence with the help and support of your manager, your team and HR and will soon be a pro in your area.

Go your own way

After the first intensive on-boarding phase, we will offer you a variety of opportunities for further development, tailored to your individual duties and challenges. In addition to regular trainings, our quality managers will continue to support you well beyond your on-boarding. We use our 'Weeklys' to profit from your opinion.

Settle in for the long haul

It's important to us that we commit our employees to the company long-term. Which is why we monitor satisfaction among our employees in regular performance reviews.

FAQ

The first step on our journey together is a digital meet-and-greet with our HR team, and possibly your future manager. The next step is a face-to-face interview or trial period, including feedback, so that you as a candidate can get a realistic impression of your future role. It is very important for us that you can get an idea of your future team and the conditions at Actineo. For certain positions, we also employ additional selection processes such as case studies or roleplays that will also give you a good insight into our challenges and how we think. As a final step, we give you a call or invite you to a meeting in-person or via Teams and offer honest feedback. If both sides are happy, we will make you a job offer and plan for your start.
