We offer insurance customers in all sectors innovative, medically sound and data-based support throughout the entire claims settlement and management process. In this way, we make control and risk management in personal injury claims easier for around 90 insurance clients across a variety of sectors in Germany and Austria, including both traditional insurance companies and direct and digital insurers.

Customer
Services

Our Customer Services team procures medical documents, answers customer queries and records medical data for transmission to our insurance customers. As true talents in communication and data collection, they simplify the processing of bodily injury claims!

Medical
Services

Our Medical Services department includes medical data entry, medical invoice check and medical assessment management. Within the team, you can pursue your professional passion while simultaneously helping to innovate our products and services!

Product Development

The Product Development team is the engine that powers Actineo, a Verisk business. We are constantly working on new digital solutions and ideas to drive digital transformation in the insurance industry. In this team, you will use modern software to shape the claims ecosystem of tomorrow!

Services

Corporate Services refers to all our cross-departmental teams – from Accounting and HR, to Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. All of these teams work together on a variety of responsibilities and contribute with their talent and dedication to our success!

The first step on our journey together is a digital meet-and-greet with our HR team, and possibly your future manager. The next step is a face-to-face interview or trial period, including feedback, so that you as a candidate can get a realistic impression of your future role. It is very important for us that you can get an idea of your future team and the conditions at Actineo. For certain positions, we also employ additional selection processes such as case studies or roleplays that will also give you a good insight into our challenges and how we think. As a final step, we give you a call or invite you to a meeting in-person or via Teams and offer honest feedback. If both sides are happy, we will make you a job offer and plan for your start.
